Second Semester

Time passes at a very fast rate. Blink blink, its September already. I'm in my second semester now.
Firstly, things are different now, I'm more occupied now, because of my timetable schedule is very tight,
go early and return home late. Subjects are harder too, I'm taking Chemistry I and Physics I as my electives.
Tons of assignments and research papers, but still i enjoy the classes.
Have to think for some ideas for my upcoming research project. Still don't know what to do.
Any suggestions? Owh, Chemistry lab class is fun. You get to wear the lab coat, like a scientist, hehe.
Get to play with acids, bases, metals and solutions. Just did titration of acid, with my own hands, which
we never get to do back in high school. We must prepare ALL the solutions with specified molarities ourselves,
then proceed to the experiment.

Then, there are some classes which I have attend alone without any friends, but that doesn't really matter.
Got more time to read, lol. Only hang out during free time.

One more thing, I feel so bad because no holidays for Hari Raya. Well, we actually have this coming
Monday and Tuesday off,
but we have to replace the 'holiday' for 2 Saturdays, ughh!!
Of all 7 days in the week, why fucking choose Saturday? Why? This really sucks..
Errrrr... Can't let my emotions get the better of me. Must use logic.
Emotion is a sign of weakness, let your emotions to control you and you lose.
Now, 80% logic and 20% emotional thinking:
I'll just have to endure this few weeks, then everything will be normal again. This
is better. Higher EQ this way.

Other than what I've mentioned above,
nothing much had really happened lately, just leading a normal college life here.
Now obsessed with disco era songs; 'Rock With You' and 'Don't Stop Till You Get Enough'.
Just can't stop listening, it feels too good listening at those songs. Especially 'Rock With You',
I just love the MV so much, its very light and simple, but I like everything about it.
There's a feeling of the 70's in it.
I highly recommend this song for those who love old songs.

Alright, gotta end here, bye.

My Holiday

Hello again..
Wonder how I spent my semester break?
Well, basically I just face the computer screen for the whole day.
That's what I do, haha. Anyway, had an outing today with Suit Ying and Lai Yee.
LOL... felt so great to go out of the house, hehe.

I just got my Semester 1 results, here are they :
Computing Principles : DI (Distinction)
Study Skills : DI
Intermediate English : CR (Credit)
Calculus : CR
Malaysian Studies : C grade

FYI, the grading schemes are as follows:
Credit : 65-74
Distinction : 75-84
High Distinction : 85-100

How do I feel about my results?
Terrible decribes my feelings.I think I flunk my finals, especially my Calculus which
I got confused in the end and not knowing what to write. Other subjects were just fine
for me, I'm glad I passed. All my hardworks in my previous tests are fine, its just the finals,
which I did not do well enough resulting to this.

However, no regrets, except for Calculus. Semester 2 is starting next week.
Just planned my timetable, its quite pack from Monday till Thursday. Friday is still free for now.
I'll have to wake up early and go home late.
Hope my plan goes well, then I'll have Friday for holiday, yeah.
Looking forward to it, I'm taking Chemistry I, Physics I, Advanced English, Critical Thinking Skills and Moral Studies.
Must do better, yes yes...

A Day Out

Today I went out with my bunch of friends to celebrate our completion of Semester 1.
We went to Times Square.
So there's me, Jeremy, Shi Yin, Giap Koon, Siew Wen and Bernard, Kevin, Joanne and also
Po Keat. Watched GI Joe with Shi Yin and Jeremy. It was a nice movie, very interesting because
the plot build is good, the graphics and also some comedy. Now am waiting for Final Destination 4.

After the movie, joined the others in Neway. We sang a lot, it was fun. They sang chinese songs, and
I sang english songs. I was also being teased  by them for always always always choosing old slow songs like
Carpenters, MLTR and Michael Jackson. They said, "This must be Tze Yang's song, because its black and white,
he loves it and he always choose these songs". LMAO.. I just like these slow and old songs, but I also like fast songs.
Today I sang quite a number of MJ's songs like Heal The World, Smooth Criminal, Beat It, Billie Jean and also Thriller.

Then there's this Giap Koon who always choose songs that he can't even sing, like LMF's ' Ham Ka Ling', Leo Ku's 'Geng Ko
Gam Kuk' and some others. Besides that, Bernard and Siew Wen are also enjoying themselves because
they duet a lot. They just look matchable. Cool. I have to say this Kevin guy, who sang so softly like a girl,
no, I would say even a girl can sing louder. Geez. Shi Yin and Joanne seems to know many songs. I can see them singing
most of the songs. Jeremy, I can't believe he can actually sing chinese songs, despte the fact that he did not
learn chinese. What I could really say is, when you like somebody, you can do anything for that person.
Just like he is a fan of Lee Hom and he can sing his songs. Anyway, to make him not to forget his real identity,
I dedicated a Malay song for him, 'Mungkin Nanti'.

We sang from 4 to 7.
Then we thought that was not enough so we sang for another round for buffer dinner from 7-11.30.
We took a lot of pictures, will be uploading it in Facebook soon after I've collected all the pictures.
Jeremy left at about 10, Then Shi Yin and I left at 11. Reached about 12 something. Took a shower.
Had a really nice day today.
Maybe we will meet again tomorrow night for a yam cha session in Ampang.

Also, gonna go out with my dearie tomorrow. Really had missed her so much to the
point I'm thinking of her when I'm doing my exams. LOL. We didn't see for 2 weeks already,
can't blame me for missing her that much.
Sleepy now, so long!!!!!!!!

Exam!!

Finals, it really suck as I really did not sleep well.
But, I still managed to do it, though I doubt I will score well, haha.
No much comments about it. No much time to revise too. You know,
I'm a lazy dude.

Presentation Week

I'm back here in my blog again after MIA for weeks.
Because I'm too lazy to update my blog.
Here's a little about my past 2 weeks when I had my presentation week.
I had presentations for Malaysian Studies, Computing Principles and
English. For Malaysian Studies we presented about the Ministry of Family and Women,
and also Ministry of Domestic Trade. Quite well done as we managed to speak
in confidence.
As for comptuing Principles we are doing a PowerPoint presentation about PC Gaming.
A big improvement we've I can say, because we put quite some efforts in it
and we managed to handle it as well. We had 8.5 out of 10. Cool.

However, things are a little different for the oral presentation for English because its
harder and I am doing it solo. Everyone's been trying to do thier best. Even the water blower
Giap Koon the Annoying did very well on that.
I chose the topic on how to create a total internal reflection phenomenon, it
was actually something we had learn in Physics back in high school. I was actually
doing a demo on how to apply this principle in creating a optic fibre like experiment by
using water flow flowing out from a bottle(thanks to Nitha who enlightened me for this great idea).

I had some trouble in creating a light guide which reflects totally in the water, I did some changes
and enhancements from the past model and I managed to have a good model. Then on the day before
the presentation day I had a few rehearsals and during my presentation I did quite well although there
was a bit of problems that occured.  During the presentation I also found out that I've been used a
few times by some of my friends as a ''side actor'' . I did for Shi Yin to set up his tent, and it was a disaster
because we actually had a big trouble setting up the tent as FYI I had no experiences in setting up a tent.
So we dragged quite some time and this caused Shi Yin to overtime. Then, I also helped Kevin in his
presentation to act as a student in front the class along with some friends.
The next day, I helped Crystal to click her slides and also act like a dumb dumd anime character to flip
my hair. LOL. I fekt quite awkwardy for that. Anyway, I got 8.7 out of 10. That's great .. haha.

After that, no more worries and waiting for the final exam. haha
